Let's talk more about school lunches!
With school lunches as one theme, we will consider what an ideal school lunch for the children of Hamamatsu would be, and what is necessary to achieve that, through keynote speeches and workshops. There will be a wealth of content including a report on the 'Parent Environment (Environmentally Friendly) Free School Lunch' implemented in South Korea, case reports on school lunches from the perspective of planetary health, and a report on the Organic School Lunch Forum held last year in Fuji City.
