Tazawako Dragon God Festival
Fireworks reflected on the mysterious lake illuminate the summer night sky
The "Tazawako Dragon God Festival" based on the tale of "Tatsuko-hime and Hachiro-taro" related to Lake Tazawa will be held at the event square by Lake Tazawa. This year, the main attraction of the festival, the meeting of the twin dragons, will be revived for the first time in 6 years! A gourmet square featuring food trucks and various stage events will further enhance the festival. In the climax, the "Tazawako Grand Fireworks Festival" will illuminate the night sky and surface of Lake Tazawa.
