4th Shonai Kiryuu Festival

A new festival wishing for abundant harvests and the development of the town, featuring a soaring dragon measuring 40 meters in length and a princess dragon measuring 30 meters. The scales of the two giant dragons are engraved with the wishes of those who donated to the creation of the dragons and the wishes of local elementary, middle, and high school students at the time of construction (2020). There will also be a yatai village featuring delicious foods from Yamagata and Shonai, along with food trucks.
