Bankoji Market
Dreams are like a straw millionaire
A traditional festival that has been held for about 1400 years. It originated from worshippers bringing local products to trade, and the famous "barter market" starts in the darkness before dawn with the catchphrase "kaen kae- (Shall we trade?)" as people feel their way to exchange seafood and mountain produce. During the event, many stalls create a lively atmosphere. There will be no stage events.
