From Tenzan Sake Brewery in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, we prepare six types of premium sake 'Tenzan' and 'Shichida'. The sake, brewed with pure subterranean water from the Tenzan mountain range and high-quality rice, boasts a rich aroma and delightful flavor. Established in 1875, Tenzan Sake Brewery is highly regarded for its meticulous sake production both domestically and internationally. The cuisine will feature a French course carefully selected by Executive Chef Masakazu Okatake using seasonal ingredients from Saga Prefecture. Let’s indulge and enjoy with Japanese sake.
