Kikou Village Chausuyama Kogen Sunday Morning Limited Source Coffee Walk 2025 (October)

A special walking event only on Sunday mornings. It takes a 15-minute walk from the Kikou Village to reach the source of the Yahagigawa River. The Yahagigawa River provides important water resources for cities such as Toyota and Okazaki in Aichi Prefecture. The water at the source is cold in the summer and warm in the winter. This water will be collected and boiled on site to brew hot coffee. Drinking freshly brewed coffee outdoors in the early morning is undoubtedly exceptional. Join us by waking up early. It will take about 30 minutes (15 minutes one way) to walk the mountain path. Preparation for the coffee takes about 15 minutes. ■ Notes Please pay attention to your clothing as the temperature is 7-8°C lower than flat areas.

Held every Sunday. Gather at least 5 minutes before departure. Cancelled in bad weather. Please be sure to check in advance. ※ If rain is undoubtedly predicted for Sunday morning by 8 PM on the previous day (Saturday), there may be a prior decision to cancel.
