Full Sail Exhibition of the Sailing Ship Kaiwomaru (July)

The Lady of the Sea, Kaiwomaru
The Kaiwomaru is a sailing ship that was born as a training vessel for a maritime academy. Since its launch on February 14, 1930, it has sailed over 1,060,000 nautical miles (about 50 laps around the Earth) and nurtured 11,190 young people of the sea. At Kaiwomaru Park, the Kaiwomaru is open to the public in its active form, and it showcases its elegant appearance during the ten planned full sail exhibitions each year.
