Ryukyu Symphony Orchestra 52nd Regular Concert

We welcome soloist Kota Takahashi!
The 52nd regular concert marks the 80th anniversary of the post-war era, and with a wish for peace from Okinawa, we have commissioned a new work from Kosuke Yamashita to deliver a message of support for the reconstruction of Shuri Castle through music. Additionally, we will be joined by Kota Takahashi, who has an illustrious career, being the first Japanese to win the Cleveland International Competition at the age of 20, to perform Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1, and the main program will feature Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 6 'Pathétique'.
