Hikarimo (光藻) in Jitsuzoko Park

Let's experience the mysterious sight of the surface shimmering in gold.
At the back of the Iris Garden in Jitsuzoko Park, the Hikarimo (光藻) is in full bloom and can be enjoyed until around September. Hikarimo grows in caves with clean water and in shady ponds, making it a rare sight in the city. However, it may not be visible after heavy rain or wind, or during extreme heat, so it is recommended to check by phone before visiting. Jitsuzoko Park features the garden of Musakouji Jitsuzō, preserving the rich nature of Musashino, where you can enjoy flowers throughout the seasons.
