Chaya Ike is located in Nabekura Kogen. Surrounded by beech forests that are about 200 years old, it is a natural exploration spot selected as one of Nagano Prefecture's natural one hundred selections, where visitors can enjoy walking through the beech forest. There is a 'Ike-mawari Course (1.1 km)' that allows visitors to walk around the pond, where they can stroll amid the beautiful yellow leaves of the beech trees in autumn. The beautiful sight of the trees' red and yellow leaves reflecting in the serene pond is a must-see.
