Fat Roll Flower Sushi Making

Let's learn about Boso's traditional cuisine!
We will hold a 'Fat Roll Flower Sushi Making' event to create Chiba's traditional cuisine. In Nagara-cho, where Risoru no Mori is located, and the surrounding area, 'Fat Roll Flower Sushi' has long been served as a 'delicacy' to entertain guests during celebrations and local gatherings. Sushi rolls made with Chiba's Milky Queen vinegared rice and seaweed, with mountain burdock and nozawana vegetables at the core, are beautifully decorated on the cut surface. The completed fat roll flower sushi can be enjoyed on-site as lunch. Capacity: 5 groups.
