The 50th Commemorative Mihara Yassa Festival

The 450-year-old traditional Yassa dance is a must-see
The largest summer festival in the Sanyo area, organized mainly by young people, reaches its monumental 50th edition this year! During the Yassa dance, about 7,000 dancers will parade around Mihara Station shouting "Yassa, Yassa," while the main stage is filled with vibrant events such as dance performances and band concerts. On the final day, fireworks will be launched to light up the night sky of Mihara. It's a three-day festival you won't want to miss until the very end.
