Miura City 70th Anniversary Commemorative Project '48th Dosun Festival'

Dosun Festival - Kasakake - is being held!
Aburatsubo, the site of the end of the Miura clan, witnessed a fierce battle with Hojo Sōun at Arai Castle that lasted for three years. The bravery of the Miura Dosun and Arajirō still lingers in the calm bay's landscape. Here, while praying for the peaceful rest of the ancestral spirits, we hold the Kasakake festival, which was a traditional art of the Miura clan, to broadly introduce the culture and heritage left in this land to the world and to contribute to tourism promotion, we will hold the Dosun Festival.
