Hitotsuba Morning Beach Yoga

This year marks the 9th year of beach yoga. A luxurious time just a little away from everyday life. On Sunday mornings, wake up a little early for a refreshing and meaningful day. On Friday nights, take a moment to relax after a week of hard work. Beginners, those with children, and people out for a walk are all welcome to join. Please bring a yoga mat or a large bath towel, a drink, and comfortable clothing. No reservation needed.
