Wellness Walking (October)

Mindfulness and Forest Therapy Experience
Wellness walking is a type of walking that uses methods of climate therapy and terrain therapy practiced in German spa towns (therapeutic and health resorts) as treatment. It is utilized for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and health promotion. Walk through the forest of the botanical garden, incorporating methods such as exercise therapy, pole walking, and Kneipp therapy, in a slow and enjoyable manner. We encourage you to participate. For applications and inquiries, please visit the Rokko Health Resort Research Association HP. Capacity is 20 people, and it will close once full.
