An experimental place-making event set in the cultural exchange area surrounding Hirosaki City, proposing a comfortable and curiosity-filled downtown. With the concept of "fun ways to use urban spaces," people with ideas gather and practice their concepts in an open space. A two-day experience enjoying the city together with participants. A variety of programs will be featured, including music, street sports, markets showcasing food and crafts, and workshops.
