The former National Railway Kurayoshi Line was discontinued in March 1985. The normally group-reserved walking tour is held as an open day for individuals to participate. A guide will show you highlights such as remaining rails from its operational days, station platform remnants, and a mystical bamboo forest. The Yamamori Tunnel is especially notable as it can only be accessed during this tour! The distance is approximately 5.3 km on a flat path, recommended for a wide range of ages. Advance reservations required. ■Notes Participation is for elementary school students and older.
