Blessings of Wind and Earth - Minami Ward Kite Festival & Industrial Festival

Kites as large as 24 tatami mats and unique kites dance in the autumn sky!
The event "Blessings of Wind and Earth - Minami Ward Kite Festival & Agricultural Festival" represents autumn in Minami Ward. At the kite festival, you can see and actually fly kites that are not normally encountered, such as Shirane's large kites, rolled kites, and a variety of unique kites. The industrial festival features plenty of events to enjoy the autumn flavors of Minami Ward, including the sale of local agricultural products and sampling of Shirone pork. Let's fully enjoy the charm of Minami Ward that is "delicious" and "fun!"
