Herb and Aroma Class (April)
Expand comfort and energize yourself!
Let's casually and enjoyably utilize herbs and aromas in daily life! In addition to experiencing Brain-Active Synaprology(R), we will make herbal hot pads, relaxation aromatherapy cream for tension relief, and practice Tatsu-style eye yoga. The instructor is Yukiyo Hisamatsu, an AEAJ certified aromatherapy instructor. The capacity is 16 people. Please apply via the application form on the website. Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days in advance.
