Blooming Modern Design - The World of Taisho Imagery

Held in the planning exhibition room on the 2nd floor of the Kochi Prefectural Literary Museum. Imagery means image graphics in French. During the Taisho era, when popular culture flourished and printing technology advanced. This exhibition is the first traveling exhibition in Shikoku showcasing a variety of modern and cute designs from books, magazines, illustrations, etc. from the Taisho era. Let's enjoy the rich world of printed materials that were close to us, although small, unlike painting works. There are also various related events unique to this exhibition.
