[Flower Viewing] Sharara Flowers of Tanaka Honke

The 240-year-old sharara tree in the courtyard of the Tanaka Honke Museum. Every year, around the start of the rainy season, it begins to bloom small white flowers. The sharara flowers are ephemeral, falling on the same day they bloom, as if cascading onto the pond. They are both fleeting and beautiful, creating a somewhat fantastical landscape. It is said that when the flowers finish blooming, the end of the rainy season arrives, allowing us to feel the changing seasons through these flowers.
