The 'Hachimantai Dragon Eye', which appears from late May to early June, is a mystical sight created by a natural phenomenon at 'Kagami Pond' located near the summit of Mt. Hachimantai. The snow that accumulated during winter melts in spring, forming a donut shape due to the snow melting in the center and surrounding areas. Various conditions, such as sunlight and the color of the sky, overlap to create this view. Please enjoy this magnificent art created by nature with your 'eyes'.
