"Since childhood, I have been attracted to the gaps between shapes, expanding my imagination from castle walls of ruins and patterns of giraffes, and I continue to create works that express my inner thoughts and objects," says Kusima. This time, she returns to her roots and cherishes what she wants to do, what is fun, and what she loves to create, presenting works that become more flavorful the more you look at them. She also engages in commissioned abstract paintings, and her works inspired by communication with others have distinctive characteristics.
