The weeping cherry trees that bloom as if enveloping the temple grounds are said to be over 100 years old. Every year, many tourists visit to catch a glimpse of the stately and ethereal cherry blossoms. The sight of them stretching their arms down to the ground and blooming to their fullest is magnificent. There will also be illuminations during full bloom, so why not go out and enjoy the night sakura?
