Understand your abilities through the exercise test and become good at sports
Simple exercise test to check abilities. Feedback on results and improvement advice will be provided on the spot! A fun test that helps parents and children notice effective body usage. Understand your own characteristics and develop a love for exercise. Targeted at children up to elementary school age and their guardians. Results may be difficult to obtain for younger, preschool-aged children. Reservation required (via WEB or phone).
