The 54th Kanayama Lake Water Festival
An event to enjoy the summer at Kanayama Lake and a fireworks festival
This year features an impressive increase in the number of large fireworks launched, with 2,000 shells, and the 700m long Niagara fireworks are a must-see! The venue will have various food trucks, food stalls from the town, performances by the Self-Defense Forces, karaoke shows, and impersonations. A special live performance by Yoshiko Hanazaki (the character for 'saki' has a 'mountain' radical) is one to watch.
