Kurokawa Valley Firefly Festival
In the mountains for the third year
Every year in mid-June, we hold the Hotaru Matsuri at Hotaru no Sato, where Genji fireflies dance! On the day of the event, there are plenty of activities for both adults and children, including food stalls, food trucks, live music, and a grand lottery. Why not visit to see the enchanting fireflies in the early summer countryside?
