[Cherry Blossoms - Peak Viewing] Asahigaoka Park

Asahigaoka Park, located on a small hill that offers a panoramic view of the city, is a perfect cherry blossom viewing spot with about a thousand cherry blossoms such as Someiyoshino, Ezo Yamazakura, and weeping cherry trees in full bloom. During the day, visitors can enjoy flowers like Ezo Engosaku and Fukujusō that bloom throughout the park, and additionally, there is the only authentic monkey mountain in the Sorachi region, where visitors can observe the monkeys' behavior up close. You can also interact with small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs.
