[Sakura - Best Viewing] Zen Shoji's Kiku Sakura

Zen Shoji's Kiku Sakura is a rare variety (scientific name: Zenshoji Kiku Sakura) where Yamazakura flowers develop into a chrysanthemum shape, boasting the largest scale among the chrysanthemum varieties within the prefecture. It is estimated to be 500 years old, with a single petal having up to 250 pieces, and at full bloom, it becomes a spherical shape with a diameter of 2 cm. At full bloom, it is a pale whitish color with a slight pink rim. The best viewing period is usually around Golden Week. ■Notes Please inquire at Zen Shoji for visits.
