Providing an opportunity to discuss parenting information and concerns, and to make friends. Target audience is children aged 0–4 months and their guardians. Capacity is 15 pairs per session (maximum indoor capacity of 38 people). Registration is required in advance (begins on April 15 (Tuesday) at Chibikko Garden).
