New National Theatre Opera "Natasha"

Series of commissioned works by Japanese composers Vol. 3
The third volume of the series of commissioned works by Japanese composers under the artistic direction of Kazushi Ono. A new opera by the composer Toshio Hosokawa, who carves a path in contemporary music with a serene and ethereal style. The libretto is by Yoko Tawada, a writer based in Germany who is globally acclaimed for her novels that explore borders and languages in both Japanese and German. The music delves deep into the human psyche, contrasting modern civilization with the primal nature of humanity. The birth of an opera that questions the world. ■Notes There may be changes in cast or other participants due to unavoidable circumstances. There are performances that offer free invitations for children.
