8th Summer Mountain Festival in Fukuoka 2025
Two days to encounter the charm of summer mountains and have fun
To commemorate the establishment of Mountain Day on August 11, we will hold an event to express gratitude for the blessings of the mountains and to acquire knowledge for safe mountain climbing. There will be a paid lecture by climbing YouTuber "Kaho" and "Naoko Watanabe," who has completely ascended all 14 peaks over 8000m, along with various free seminars by diverse instructors over two days. Exhibition booths from mountaineering-related manufacturers and local governments will introduce the latest climbing gear and climbing routes. A grand lottery will also be held where you can win round-trip airline tickets and mountaineering goods.
