Make 3 types of spinning tops. Capacity is 15 people. Target age is from 3 years old to elementary school students (accompanied by a guardian). Please apply through the online system on the Higashiomi Giant Kite Hall website. Registration period starts on April 4 (Friday) at 10:00. It will close as soon as the capacity is reached.
