Discover the charm of Chinese Tai Chi and try practicing it
Tai Chi is well known as a branch of Chinese martial arts and a sport for health and longevity, and many people in Japan learn and practice it. The seminar will introduce Tai Chi from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, and in the later workshop, participants will practice Tai Chi under the guidance of an instructor. Experience the health care effects of Tai Chi for your mind and body. The instructor is Ms. Chen Jing (Martial Artist, President of Chen Jing Martial Arts Tai Chi Association).
