Kokawa Sando Shrine Spring Festival 2025
In the season of buds, let's go play at the shrine with family
Kokawa Sando Shrine, located at the innermost part of the third significant temple of West Japan, Kokawa Temple, is the main shrine for the three major festivals of Kishu. This time, we are holding a spring festival filled with activities for children to enjoy. There will be a prayer service and shrine maiden dance at the shrine's worship hall, along with nostalgic activities like bubble blowing, paper airplane flying competitions, and treasure hunts. We will also have a wooden toy corner for kids to enjoy. Additionally, you can savor cupcakes and bread from mobile kitchens. Finally, let's enjoy the rice cake throwing.
