The Peace Memorial Film Festival is held to pass on the horrors and cruelty of war and the value of peace to the next generation. It will screen the film adaptation of Shioi Natsue's bestselling novel, which sparked discussions mainly on social media. This love story depicts the bittersweet romance between a contemporary high school girl and a special attack squad member who time slips back to wartime Japan in the film "If I Could Meet You Again on That Flower Blooming Hill." The cast includes Haruka Fukuhara, Koji Mizuho, Kentaro Ito, Natsuki Deguchi, Keiko Matsuzaka, and others.
