"Held in conjunction with the 2025 World Expo (Osaka-Kansai Expo). Since its opening in 1970, the same year as the previous Osaka Expo, the Wakayama Prefectural Museum of Modern Art has a rich history of 55 years. A diverse collection cultivated alongside the era of 'modern' can be enjoyed throughout the year with several display changes.

The museum is closed on Mondays (the following weekday if it is a public holiday). Admission is until 16:30.

General 400 yen (300 yen), University students 250 yen (200 yen) * The prices in parentheses are for groups of 20 or more. Free for high school students and below, seniors aged 65 and above, and those with a disability certificate.
