Ikoi no Mori Park Yoga 2025

The woodland venue allows you to experience yoga using all five senses, with the wind passing through the trees, the chirping of birds, and the uneven ground of soil and tree roots... Enjoy yoga in an extraordinary place. Rental mats are available for 300 yen each to make it easy for beginners to join. Let yourself be immersed in nature and enjoy a healing time. Target audience is high school students and above. Male participation is also welcome.

The event dates are 9/7, 10/5, and 11/2. Registration starts 15 minutes before. In case of rain, the event will be held in the seminar room. The venue may change depending on the situation.
