Sekionsen Fudo Falls

A waterfall located below the Fudo Ohashi bridge in a valley close to Sekionsen. Once the largest waterfall in the Myoko mountain range, it is also known as 'O-taki,' but currently, the basin is filled with sediment, and the height is now 20 meters. Beside the basin of the waterfall lies the Fudo statue, which is said to be effective for eye diseases, and the surrounding valley delights visitors' eyes with fresh greenery in spring and autumn leaves in fall.

About 15 minutes by bus from Echigo Tokimeki Railway Sekiyama Station, then about 15 minutes on foot after getting off at Sekionsen.
