Shinkawa City Festival 2025

A New Festival Created Together

Tokiwa Street (Special Zone along National Route 190)

5/5(Mon) 10:00~16:30

It is believed to have started with the establishment of Nakatsuse Shrine in the 9th year of Kansei (1797), when a tools market was set up around the shrine, and since then it has been a traditional market festival bustling with people hoping for commercial development. Various events are held, including "Hoshimachi Marche" with food stalls and handmade goods, events by high school students, workshops called "Hoshimachi Campus", a children's festival, Yosakoi Fest, and displays/test rides of police and fire vehicles in "Working Vehicles".
