2025 Kumejima Festival
Kumejima, the great summer event
The Kumejima Festival, held every year as a major summer event. In addition to traditional folk songs and Eisa dance performances from within the island, there are also live performances by guests from outside the island. You can also enjoy a lottery draw with luxurious prizes and a bon odori where everyone at the venue gets to be the star. Fireworks light up the sky from the sea behind the venue at the end of both days. Moreover, the proximity of the fireworks makes it a powerful experience.
