Summer Vacation Nuka Bed Making Experience and Kyoto Pickles Party

The instructor will provide detailed explanations on how to make the nuka bed and the pre-treatment of ingredients, making it suitable for beginners! After the experience, enjoy marinated pickles and seasonal pickles paired with white wine. Tea will also be provided. You can enjoy shopping for pickles made from only high-quality domestically-produced vegetables (without preservatives or coloring agents), as well as bread and sweets utilizing lactic acid fermentation sweet sake.
