Zen temple training experience: a tranquil early morning to face yourself
At Ichibata Yakushi, we hold the "Asagayu Zazen Meeting" (Zazen Meeting) three times a year. After zazen (seated meditation), we enjoy the morning rice porridge of the Zen temple. We offer a prayer before the meal to learn the heart of "Itadakimasu". Reservation required. Limited to individual participants.
