"Frailty" refers to a condition where, due to aging, the functions of daily life and reserve capacity decline, increasing vulnerability to health issues. Let's learn about methods for healthy living through diet and exercise! A series of 5 continuous lectures. Participation is free, targeting those who live or work in the city, generally aged 65 and above, with a capacity of 15 people. Application period: May 20, 2025, to June 6, 2025. *In case of many applications, selection will be by 'lottery', and the results will be notified by email after June 7.
