Slogan for the Children’s Day event along 800m of Shirakabe Townscape
The Tenryō Jōge Children's Day Festival event, Tenryō Jōge Market, will be held. This event features fresh air from Jōge Town and 'morning vegetables' nurtured by the watershed, along with antiques gathered from the merchant town of Tenryō and 'handmade goods' created by women artisans, all lined up along the 800m shopping street. Heavy armored decorations and colorful carp streamers will adorn the townscape. ■Notes During the period from April 26 to May 11, the registered tangible cultural assets 'Okina Theater' and 'Jōge Historical Cultural Museum' will be open every day.
