Evening Glow Fireworks

A fireworks event over a total of 4 days across 2 weekends, held in the western Izu town of Nishiizu, known for having the best sunset in Japan, at Dogashima Onsen. Intense fireworks, condensed into about 10 minutes, will be launched against the beautiful evening scenery called the Magic Hour after sunset. Let’s enjoy autumn fireworks in Dogashima with family and friends.

Note

The event will be held on September 27 (Saturday), September 28 (Sunday), October 4 (Saturday), and October 5 (Sunday). It will proceed in light rain; in case of severe weather, it will be postponed to the day after the final day. In case of postponement, information will be announced via the Tourist Association's social media.

About 100 minutes via the Izu Jukan Road from Tomei Numazu IC, through Doi in Izu City on National Route 136.

Access (Public)

Approximately 90 minutes by Tokai Bus from Izuhakone Railway Shuzenji Station, get off at Dogashima.
