The 51st Sōunkyō Onsen Icefall Festival
Welcome to the Kingdom of Ice and Light.
In a venue of 12,000 square meters, various ice sculptures of 30 different sizes, created by utilizing the harsh natural cold, stand in line. It is one of the three major winter festivals in Hokkaido. The venue is illuminated in seven colors, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Fireworks are also planned every day. ■Notes Non-slip footwear is required inside the venue. Warm clothing is recommended for visitors.
