Mama's Circle - Postpartum Parent-Child Warmth Care -

In Mama's Circle, we support postpartum mothers' body care, with physical therapists helping to create a body that allows for more enjoyable time with babies! We convey methods to make the core, which has been damaged by pregnancy and childbirth, more usable through discussions about the body after giving birth and core exercises that can be done afterward! Individual consultations about daily body concerns are also OK (midwives will also participate). Please apply through the application form on the website URL.
