Spring Kannon Market

The Kannon City is held to coincide with the peak bloom of the cherry blossoms at Noyama Kannonji. Food stalls, kitchen cars, flower seedlings, ceramics, handmade goods, and more set up every day, and dining booths are also established, showcasing the lively atmosphere of cherry blossom viewing. The venue, Noyama Kannonji, is a famous cherry blossom spot in the region, featuring Somei Yoshino, mountain cherry, and weeping cherry trees, with the particularly unique variety "Fukujuzakura" being certified as a new variety in 2021 (Reiwa 3). Additionally, the tree art forest along the surrounding roads and Kannonzaka Park are also famous cherry blossom spots that can be enjoyed as driving courses.
