Tazawako Swimming Area Open

Tazawako, the deepest lake in Japan, has areas with beautiful white sand, shallow waters, and high transparency. The waves are calm, allowing small children to enjoy safely. 【Caution】 The depth of water outside the area increases, so please swim within the marked boundaries using the course ropes. No open flames (campfires, fireworks, BBQs, etc.) are allowed. Pets are not permitted to swim.

Access (Public)

Take the Ugo Transportation bus 'Tazawako Loop Line' from JR Tazawako Station, get off at the park entrance, and walk for 2 minutes (approximately 15 minutes total).
